Shipping
1. Where we ship
Pulseheaven is a marketplace: every item is sold and shipped by the member who listed it, not by us. Sellers ship from United States addresses, and we deliver to United States addresses only.
2. How an order ships
- The moment you pay, we issue the seller a prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label, so the parcel travels on a carrier account we control.
- The seller packs the item and hands it to USPS. Sellers are asked to ship quickly, and the deadline they must meet is set out in Pulse Protection.
- Tracking reaches your order page on its own, and we email you when it ships and when it is delivered.
- If the parcel is not shipped in time, you are refunded in full for that item automatically, as Pulse Protection explains.
3. How long it takes
Most parcels arrive 2 to 5 business days after the seller ships. Hawaii, Alaska and the US territories take longer, sometimes up to two weeks. Delivery times are USPS estimates, not guarantees.
4. What it costs
Shipping is a flat rate set by the size of the item, not by distance, and it is shown on the listing before you pay. Hawaii, Alaska and the US territories have their own rates, shown at checkout.
Every item ships in its own parcel on its own label, so shipping is charged per item, including when you buy more than one piece from the same seller.
Some sellers cover shipping themselves; those listings say "Free shipping". Buyers pay no platform fee. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown on its own line at checkout.
5. If something goes wrong
If an item never arrives, arrives damaged, or is not what was described, message the seller from your order first. If that does not settle it, open a claim through our Support page within the window Pulse Protection sets, which explains what is covered and how refunds work.
